NEOSYAD was born from the synergistic association between a cell biologist specialized in adipose tissue biology and a plastic surgeon specialized in reconstructive surgery and breast lipofilling.

Cell biologist (PhD), he led a research team on adipose tissue at the University for several years before creating the STEMCIS group, sold in 2015.
Recognized worldwide for his work on adipose tissue and with ten years of experience as an innovative business leader, he created NEOSYAD with Xavier Nelissen in 2020.

Medical referent
Surgeon in plastic and reconstructive surgery, he is head of service at the CHC of Liège and member of the Royal Belgian Society of Plastic Surgery board.
Specialized and recognized for breast lipofilling, particularly in the case of autologous reconstructions, he is within NEOSYAD the ‘facilitator’ link between technical aspects and surgical reality.
François Cabaud
R&D DIRECTOR
A mechatronics engineer, he worked for 25 years as Technical Director and R&D manager in companies dedicated to the development of innovative medical devices. Experienced in the design and manufacture of minimally invasive surgical robots, and strongly attracted by breakthrough innovations, he joined NEOSYAD in 2020.
